Our history

2018

Company founded — Romanowscy Sp. z o.o. launches in Bolesławiec. First in-person training courses in occupational safety and workplace health.

2019

Expansion to the German market — opening of Romanowscy GmbH office in Görlitz. Partnership with construction companies from Saxony.

2020

Transition to online training — the pandemic accelerates digitalization. Launch of the e-szkolenia.eu platform with the first 30 courses.

2021

10,000th student! — growing trust from employers in Poland and Germany. Course catalog expanded with construction training.

2022

Full course catalog — the catalog grows to 80+ courses. New categories: machinery and equipment, courses for women, specialized training.

2023

Second office in Germany — opening of the training center in Hähnichen. Certificates in 4 languages.
